Gautam Gambhir's Twitter Account Hacked by Unknown People

Gautam Gambhir, the veteran India cricketer, who has been an active participant on the social media platforms, recently had his account hacked by some unknown people.

Unknown People hack Gambhir’s Twitter Account

Meanwhile, the hacker also sent messages of prominent personalities like former Australian cricketers, Adam Gilchrist and Michael Clarke, ex Sri Lanka wicketkeeper-batsman, Kumar Sangakkara and famous Bollywood actress, Chitrangada Singh.

However, after realising the misuse of his account, he took to Twitter and made all of them aware of the same in a couple of tweets.

Hi @gilly381 @MClarke23 @KumarSanga2 @IChitrangda my twitter handle seems to be hacked. Please ignore the messages and I fear that hackers may have got out some personal info from you guys as well. Please beware,” his first tweet read.

My earlier tweets regarding my twitter handle being hacked were deleted. This confirms again that my account is hacked. @TwitterIndia @Twitter @TwitterSupport @TwitterSafety need some action from you guys,” his second tweet said.

Gautam Gambhir in good form in the Vijay Hazare Trophy 2018

Gautam Gambhir has been in good shape in the ongoing Vijay Hazare Trophy 2018. He opened his campaign against Saurashtra with 61 runs leading the team from the front.

Meanwhile, during the game, a fan broke the barrier to touch his feet. The batter translated his impressive form in the second match as well scoring 41 runs from 47 balls. He guided Delhi to consecutive wins to start the tournament on a high.

Furthermore, Delhi is currently on the second spot after Chattisgarh in the Elite Group B.

Delhi under the leadership of Gautam Gambhir will face Uttar Pradesh next on September 24 at the Feroz Shah Kotla.
