Harbhajan Singh Suggests Simple Step To Counter Coronavirus

The deadly virus kept the world talking about it for a while now. It impacted the world with people losing their lives. Amidst all this, the normalcy of life has been affected. A lot of major competitions were either postponed or cancelled with the WHO naming the virus a pandemic. Meanwhile, the veteran spinner of India Harbhajan Singh shared a simple tip to be away from the Coronavirus.

According to the latest figures available on Wednesday, the total number of positive cases of Coronavirus in India has crossed over 140. Three deaths have been reported in Kalaburagi, Maharashtra, and West Delhi, respectively.

India has suspended all visas, barring for a few categories such as diplomatic and employment, apart from keeping in abeyance the visa-free travel facility to OCI cardholders till April 15.

Harbhajan Singh asks his fans to follow ”Namastey”:

The virus hit the bilateral series of India vs South Africa, Australia vs New Zealand, Sri Lanka vs England and also a lot of franchise cricket was either postponed or cancelled. Even the cricket festival in India, IPL is in dilemma.

Amidst this, Harbhajan Singh shared a picture of him and MS Dhoni in CSK Jersey interacting with Preity Zinta, who is the co-owner of IPL franchise Kings XI Punjab.

In the first picture, MS Dhoni was seen shaking hands with his gloves while Harbhajan Singh preferred ”Namastey” in place of shaking hands.

Captioning the same, Harbhajan posted “One simple step to tackle #Coronavirus.”

The novel Covid-19 which originated in the Chinese city of Wuhan in December 2019 has claimed over 7,400 lives and infected more than 180,000 people worldwide.

Not boasting to be the most woke of all sports, cricket has only started to get stirred and shaken by what the World Health Organization (WHO) is now calling a pandemic.
