Pakistan speedster Hasan Ali has already made a huge name for himself in the international cricket.
The speedster is having an excellent journey in the green jersey so far. After breaking into the radar with a PSL stint, there has been no looking back for the pacer.
However, as per recent reports, Hasan is of the opinion that another 19-year-old youngster has a very bright future ahead.
As per Hasan’s quotes in the Geo Tv, Hasan said the young leggie Ibtisam Sheikh has it in him to represent the national team soon. In the modern generation, the value of leg spinners has been quite evident. So keeping all these criteria in mind, Ibtisam might well get an early call-up to the national side.
The remarks from Hasan came after Peshawar Zalmi defeated the Lahore Qalandars in the most recent clash of the Pakistan Super League. Last year it was another leg-spinner who took PSL by storm, Shadab Khan. His consistent performances in the PSL helped him get into the national team pretty soon.
Further asserting on this fact, Hasan said he became more and more game aware with the exposure he got in the PSL. The tournament provides the ideal platform for a young budding cricketer to make the national team just, as all the T20 tournaments do all across the globe.
It also gives the youngsters to rub shoulders with some of the biggest names in the world of cricket.
So there is no doubt it provides greater opportunity to learn from the best out there. Hasan had gone on to spearhead Pakistan within a year is also a PSL product. It was his impressive showing in the tournament which paved the way for his national call-up.
“I learned a lot from my seniors, and with the PSL exposure, it is easy for the youngsters to play international cricket,” Hasan Ali said.
