Afghanistan and Sri Lanka will take on each other in the seventh match of the ongoing ICC World Cup 2019. Both teams had lost their respective opening matches and thus they would like to make a solid comeback. Sri Lanka had delivered a disappointing performance against New Zealand and the Island nation will need to come up with a better batting show. We bring you the Match Prediction.

The Sri Lankan batsmen must have learned their lessons and they need to show some resistance with the bat. Their skipper Dimuth Karunaratne was the lone warrior for the side as the southpaw opening batter had scored a fighting fifty.

Match Prediction: It is going to be an even stevens contest between the two underdogs of the tournament. Afghanistan might start as favourites because of their potent spin bowling battery.
