England is under the pump.

England was stunned by Sri Lanka by 20 runs and their loss against Australia has further put their semifinal qualification in jeopardy. Moreover, the injury concerns to their crucial players are now adding fuel to the fire.

Meanwhile, England’s talisman all-rounder Ben Stokes had also suffered an injury scare during his knock of 89 runs against Australia. Stokes was seen in discomfort with a tight calf during his gutsy knock. However, Stokes was comfortable after receiving treatment and he is fit for the team’s next match against India.

However, Jason Roy was expected to be fit for the clash against Australia but could not recuperate on time. Roy is expected to play against India and the final decision on him will be taken after he will train on Friday and Saturday at Edgbaston.
