South Africa also needs to pull up the socks in the batting department as they have let themselves down with the bat. Their top order needs to find form and the likes of Hashim Amla, Quinton de Kock and Aiden Markram will need to deliver the goods. Moreover, South Africa has been sloppy in the field and they had dropped sitters in the match against India. Hence, their fielders will need to back their bowlers.

On the other hand, Afghanistan needs to come up with a better performance with the bat. The batsmen are getting off to starts however they are not converting them into substantial scores.

Thus, it is crucial to make the most of the start. In fact, Afghanistan has not lived up to the expectations as they don’t have the experience of playing against big teams.

Weather Forecast: Rain is once again expected to play a spoilsport in the match. The temperature is going to stay around 15 Degree Celsius but rain can spoil the action.
