Imran Nazir returning to cricket after four years

Overlooked Pakistan opening batsman Imran Nazir is looking forward to making a return to cricket after the prolonged gap of four long years.
The effortless stroke-maker and 36-year-old Nazir in his latest video statement remarked he is excited to resume cricketing activities in a nutshell.
“Hello, guys! I am Imran Nazir Sultans I am coming to Multan on February 4, to play a friendly match at the Multan Cricket Stadium,” Nazir said in a video posted on social media.
Injuries blighted Nazir:
Talking about the heydays, Nazir was an integral part of Pakistan team in the limited-overs series.
Known for his hard-hitting prowess, Nazir was further marred by injuries before playing his last domestic fixture in February 2014.
The Punjab-based cricketer Nazir had already been explosive kind of a batter for the national team, as his dip in form put him off the selection radar thereon.

Pertinent, the right-handed batsman is bound to swing the willow in the friendly match for the Multan Sultans at the Multan Cricket Stadium which was also the home ground of concurrent Pakistan national selector Inzamam-Ul-Haq for Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB).
The contest has been named after the Multan da Muqabla and Nazir will take the field on February 4 (Sunday).
