It looks like not everyone is impressed with the Goods and Sales Tax levied by the government earlier this year. The Narendra Modi-led government’s idea of ‘One Country One Tax’ has been a matter of decate since its inception on July 1 and has got mixed views from different quarters. Well, veteran Indian spinner Harbhajan Singh does not seem to be a great fan of the tax reform.

Not the one to refrain from making bold comments or letting his feelings being known, Harbhajan, On Wednesday (September 27), took to social media to share his views on the much-talked about GST and his views definitely echoed the sentiments of the common mass.

“While making payment of bill after dinner in restaurant, it feels like state govt & central govt both had a dinner with us…” Harbhajan tweeted.

Not surprisingly, many agreed with the tweaker’s remark.

Meanwhile, the legendary spinner is currently out of the national team and looks unlikely to return to the team any time soon. The first Indian to take a Test hat-trick, Harbhajan’s last appearance for Team India came last year during the Asia Cup which was a T20 tournament. On the other hand, his last Test and ODI appearance came way back in 2015.
