So far, it has been a brilliant day for Jasprit Bumrah at the office. Firstly, he whacked a six off the final ball in the Indian innings and then send Shaun Marsh back to the hut with a stunning yorker. And in the later stage of the game, he gave a much-required breakthrough by sending down a sharp bouncer to dismiss Usman Khawaja.
Usman Khawaja and Peter Handscomb have done an incredible job after an initial couple of breakthroughs for Australia. They both maintained their balance in the middle to keep Australia in the chase. They looked threatening for India with 192 runs being paired in between them.

However, after a fine time in the innings, Virat Kohli called his reliable bowler Jasprit Bumrah to do the job. Right after the call-up for the second spell, Bumrah delivered goods in the first delivery itself. He bowled a sharp bouncer, which took the top-edge of Usman Khawaja to head towards Kuldeep Yadav.
The chinaman bowler showed his incredible fielding to bag a stunning catch, which brought Indians back into the game. Despite the dismissal, Peter Handscomb went with his strokes to bring his century.
Initially, it was India, who won the toss and asked the visitors to roll their arms first. Justifying the decision of the skipper, Rohit Sharma and Shikhar went berserk with their flamboyant knocks for the team.
The duo stitched 193 runs for the first wicket before Rohit Sharma missing out a well-deserved century with 5 runs short. However, Shikhar Dhawan continued his brilliant show, who went on to smash 143 runs in 115 balls. He numbered as many as 18 boundaries and 3 sixes.
The knocks from Rishabh Pant, Vijay Shankar down the order, which helped India to put 358 runs on the board. Meanwhile, Australian fast bowler Pat Cummins finished with 5 wickets to his name.
