IND vs SL 2017: Watch - MS Dhoni Gives Running Lesson to Hardik Pandya In 100-Meter Race
While the majority of the players contemplate retiring from the game and time with their family when they cross 35, Mahendra Singh Dhoni is an exception.
The former India skipper is 36-year old, but there is absolutely no stopping him. During his time away from the cricket field, he spends time with the Indian Army and indulges in activities like sky-diving.

And if all those are not enough to convince everyone that the most experienced player in the current team is one of the fittest around, then the latest video released by the official Instagram account of the Indian Cricket Team will do.
In the video, Dhoni could be seen easily warding off competition from his much younger teammate Hardik Pandya in a 100-meter race during the practise session before the second ODI against Sri Lanka. Right from the start to the end, Dhoni always remained ahead of the 24-year old, giving yet another proof of his extreme fitness.

Meanwhile, Dhoni once again proved his credentials with the bat with a stunning inning in the first ODI against Sri Lanka. He had walked into bat when India was reeling at 16 for five, and soon got reduced to 29 for seven.
India was staring down the barrel and was in danger of getting all out for an embarrassing total before Dhoni began the rescue act. The wicketkeeper-batsman, who recently got criticised for his knock against New Zealand in a T20I, shared handy partnerships with the tailenders to help India post a respectable 112 before being dismissed for 65.
