Delhi Daredevils will host the Rajasthan Royals in the 32nd match of the IPL 2018. The Delhi franchise once again finds themselves at the bottom of the points table having won only two matches out of the eight they have played.

Consequently, the Shreyas Iyer led team will have to pull off wins in all of their remaining six matches or at least five to give themselves a chance to qualify for the final four. This is going to be a difficult task given Delhi’s current form and the inexperience in their line-up.

Thus, every match is a must-win game for the Delhi team and they must play it like their life depended on it.

But we have seen miracles in the folklore of the Indian Premier League and the Delhi team should not lose out on hope. On the other hand, Rajasthan Royals have won three matches out of the seven they have played.

Here is a look at the Predicted Playing XI of the Delhi Daredevils:

Colin Munro has got off to decent starts in the last couple of matches. However, the combative Kiwi batsman will look to give a solid start to his team.

Prithvi Shaw

Prithvi Shaw has impressed with his performances in the limited opportunities he has received. The youngster played a rash shot in the last match after getting two boundaries in the over. However, he is expected to learn his lessons as he will play more matches.

Rishabh Pant was the lone warrior along with Vijay Shankar in Delhi’s last match against CSK. The southpaw batsman was instrumental in getting Delhi in proximity to the CSK’s target.

Glenn Maxwell

Glenn Maxwell played a rash early on in his innings and paid the price. The Australian all-rounder must learn to play according to the match situation. However, Maxwell was able to scalp one wicket in the last game.

Vijay Shankar

There was a lot of debate over Vijay Shankar’s place in the Delhi’s team. The all-rounder was finally able to smash any doubt over his place. The right-hander scored a fighting 54 off just 31 balls to give a ray of hope to Delhi camp.

Rahul Tewatia

Rahul Tewatia paid the price of over pitching the ball to Shane Watson. The leg-spinner conceded 23 runs in his two overs. Rahul has taken six wickets in the eight matches.

Liam Plunkett

Liam Plunkett took the beating in the last match after getting two good matches under his belt. The England fast bowler went for 52 runs in his three overs. Consequently, he would like to bounce back strong.
