IPL 2018: AB de Villiers Proud of His Team Following Resounding Win Over Hyderabad

Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) star batsman, AB de Villiers proud of his team for pulling off an enthralling win against Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) to keep their hopes alive in this eleventh edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL).
Meanwhile, de Villiers rose to the occasion on Thursday (May 17) night when his team needed the most.
Bangalore posted a massive total on the board despite getting a poor start. However, a timely partnership between de Villiers (69) and Moeen Ali (65) ensured they don’t fall back. The pair added 107 runs from 57 balls to set the perfect platform for the batsmen to come.
New Zealand all-rounder, Colin de Grandhomme’s (40) late cameo guided RCB to post 218 runs on the board.
Hyderabad, in reply, got off to a good start, however, lost two wickets in successions. The score was 64 for two after eight overs when Moeen dismissed Hales thanks to a brilliant flying catch by De Villiers at deep mid-wicket.
Then Sunrisers skipper Kane Williamson (81) and Manish Pandey (62*) kept the visitors in the hunt.
Meanwhile, the host held their nerves in the fag end of the game, as Mohammad Siraj pulled off a brilliant last over to bring two crucial points for the side.

Moreover, he is also grateful to give the fans something to cheer about.
RCB will have to win their last league game to stay in contention. They face Rajasthan Royals (RR) next at the Sawai Mansingh Stadium in Jaipur on May 19.
