IPL 2018: Virat Kohli Replies to Sundar Pichai's Admiration

Royal Challengers Bangalore skipper Virat Kohli replied to Google CEO Sundar Pichai’s admiration. The technologist had praised the duo of Virat Kohli and AB de Villiers for their knocks against Delhi Daredevils.

Both Virat Kohli and AB de Villiers had scored 70 and 72*, respectively against the Delhi team on May 12. These two knocks had helped Royal Challengers Bangalore get over the line by five wickets.

RCB captain Virat Kohli and AB de Villiers had put together an alliance of 118 runs during the 45th match of IPL 2018.

In fact, it is well known that Royal Challengers Bangalore heavily relies on the shoulders of both these batsmen.

Meanwhile, RCB has kept themselves in the playoffs race after winning their last three matches. Interestingly, AB de Villiers was adjudged the Man of the match in the previous two games.

Virat Kohli has scored 526 runs in the 13 innings he has played thus far at an average of 52.60.

However, AB de Villiers has accumulated 427 runs in the ten innings he has played for RCB in this season. Consequently, both these talismanic batsmen are instrumental in the success of the franchise.

Meanwhile, RCB has won six matches out of the 13 they have played. Thus, the Men in Red need to win their last league match against Rajasthan Royals to keep their playoffs hopes alive.

Virat Kohli had taken to Twitter after their win against Delhi Daredevils. Virat post read as,

Sundar Pichai then lauded the duo for their fine knocks. Google CEO replied,
