ii) Also, it was the fourth time when an Indian bowler took 50+ wickets on a particular venue. Amit Mishra, Harbhajan Singh and Yuzvendra Chahal were the first three Indian bowlers to achieve this feat. Amit Mishra (70 wickets) achieved this feat at Feroz Shah Kotla Ground (Delhi) while Harbhajan Singh (53 wickets) and Yuzvendra Chahal (54 wickets) completed this feat at Wankhede Stadium (Mumbai) and M Chinnaswamy Stadium (Bengaluru) respectively.
iii) In this match, Ravichandran Ashwin finished with the incredible bowling figures of 4-0-23-3. Only once the KXIP bowlers have produced better bowling performance than this. Parvinder Awana had the bowling figures of 4-0-30-4 at Hyderabad (Deccan) on 2nd October 2014.
iv) KL Rahul and Sarfaraz Khan had the 110-run partnership for the third wicket. KXIP has only one higher third-wicket partnership against CSK than this. On 7th May 2014, David Miller and Glenn Maxwell put 135 runs partnership for the third-wicket against CSK at Cuttack.
