The home team Chennai Super Kings (CSK) clinched a six-wicket victory (with one ball to spare) against the visiting side Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) on Tuesday night at MA Chidambaram Stadium (Chepauk, Chennai).
After the host side decided to bowl first, the visiting side managed to score 175/3 (20 overs), thanks to the opener David Warner (57) and the no.3 batsman Manish Pandey (83*). However, Shane Watson’s brilliant innings of 96 runs helped the home team to reach the target successfully in 19.5 overs after losing four wickets.
