IPL 2019: Watch- MS Dhoni Calls Suresh Raina a "Harami Launda"

There is no doubt about the fact that MS Dhoni is one of the coolest and composed cricketers to have ever graced the ever charismatic game. However, very few people know that he is prankster outside the field and often pulls the leg of his teammates, be it in the Indian dressing room or the Chennai Super Kings set-up.

However, on the field, he is a totally different character and knows how to hide his emotions whether his team wins the World Cup or the IPL or his team ends up losing a crucial game. After winning a title, MS Dhoni rarely keeps the trophy and hands it over to any of the youngsters in the team. Even in the celebratory pictures, Dhoni is rarely seen in the limelight and hides in the background.

It was during the birthday celebration of Kedar Jadhav that we got to see another facet of MS Dhoni where he is seen calling his longtime teammate Suresh Raina a ‘Harami Launda”. It was when Kedar Jadhav was smeared with cake and his teammates were laughing at him. Dhoni called Raina a ‘Harami Launda’ when he was helping Kedar Jadhav remove the cake from his body.

But MSD, as we all know, made a funny side of it and jokingly called Raina a ‘harami launda’ as he was the one who applied the cake on him and was now helping him to remove it. It was definitely said in a light-hearted manner and the sort of relationship Raina and Dhoni shares it is definitely well within the spirit.

Meanwhile, Chennai Super Kings have started off their IPL 12 campaign with a bang. They have won their first two matches of the tournament against the Royal Challengers Bangalore and the Delhi Capitals and looks well set to qualify for the 12^th straight knockouts of IPL.

In the first match, it was a great performance by the CSK spinners which restricted Bangalore to a paltry score of 70 runs. The spin trio of Harbhajan Singh, Ravindra Jadeja and Imran Tahir bagged 8 wickets between them which broke the backbone of RCB.

In the next match, the bowlers did a good job again to restrict DC to 147. In reply, they chased the total down with a couple of deliveries to spare. The scorecard might say it was a close match but CSK was under no pressure what so ever. The yellow brigade plays their 3^rd match against the Rajasthan Royals on 31^st March.
