IPL 2020, Match 13: Kings XI Punjab vs Mumbai Indians - Toss Report
Updated - 01 Oct 2020, 09:03 PM
Kings XI Punjab and Mumbai Indians will lock horns in the thirteenth match of the ongoing Indian Premier League (IPL) 2020. Both the teams will be desperate to bounce back after suffering heartbreaking defeats in their previous outings.
Kings XI Punjab lost to Rajasthan Royals in a thrilling encounter despite posting a mammoth total of 223. On the other hand, Mumbai Indians nearly did the same against Royal Challengers Bangalore while chasing 201 before losing the game in the super over.
At present, both the teams have one win and two losses from three games. Incidentally both the teams have almost the same bowling problems. Kings XI Punjab and Mumbai Indians bowlers have done really well in the powerplay but have struggled in the death overs.
With Hardik Pandya not bowling and the spinners not showing good form either, Mumbai Indians’ bowling is not looking as strong as they would have wanted. Similarly for Kings XI, their bowlers’ failure to do well in the death overs have caused problems for them so far.
