IPL 2020, Match 35: SunRisers Hyderabad vs Kolkata Knight Riders - Toss Report
Updated - 18 Oct 2020, 05:06 PM
SunRisers Hyderabad and Kolkata Knight Riders will be desperately looking to get back to winning ways when they lock horns in the 35th match of the ongoing Indian Premier League (IPL) 2020. Both the teams have played eight games each so far but they are yet to hit a consistent run.
Kolkata Knight Riders’ position is slightly better than Sunrisers Hyderabad with 4 wins from eight games. They are currently at the fourth spot in the points table. They, however, do not have the momentum with themselves. Kolkata Knight Riders have suffered crushing losses in their last two games.
They were thrashed by 82 runs by Royal Challengers Bangalore. It was followed by a change of captaincy as Eoin Morgan took over from Dinesh Karthik. However, it didn’t make much of a difference as Mumbai Indians thrashed the Kolkata-based outfit by eight wickets earlier this week.
Just like Kolkata Knight Riders, Sunrisers Hyderabad have also lost their previous two games and are currently at fifth spot with three wins from eight games. Another defeat would take them further away from a playoff spot.

Sunrisers Hyderabad have won the toss and have opted to bowl first against Kolkata Knight Riders.
