IPL 2018: Watch - Another Fan Breaches Security to Touch MS Dhoni's Feet

Just as Chennai Super Kings (CSK) Dwayne Bravo hit the winning runs against Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB), another die-hard fan of MS Dhoni breached security to touch his idol’s feet. The Fan was also wearing the seven number Yellow jersey of Mahendra Singh Dhoni, who is leading his side in the ongoing eleventh edition of Indian Premier League (IPL).

Meanwhile, a similar incident had happened when yellow brigade had locked horns against Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) in their last match.

A fan had broken the barriers of security and had rushed into the CSK’s dugout to touch Dhoni’s feet which eventually took many players by a surprise.

However, this is not the first time that we are witnessing such instances as fans have greeted Dhoni in a similar way. We have also seen similar incidents happening when Sachin Tendulkar used to play.

Meanwhile, Super Kings also registered their seventh win of the season.

The Dhoni-led team was able to get the better of Royal Challengers by six wickets. It was a fine bowling effort from the Men in Yellow as they were able to restrict RCB to a modest total of 127.

Ravindra Jadeja and Harbhajan Singh were the chief destroyers of the Royal Challengers innings. Jadeja scalped three wickets to be adjudged as the Man of the match. The all-rounder also took the prized wicket of RCB’s skipper Virat Kohli.

Meanwhile, veteran spinner Harbhajan also chipped in with two wickets. Both the spinners overall bagged five wickets and conceded only 40 runs in their eight overs.

Chennai was able to cruise to the target with six wickets and 12 balls to spare. Dhoni once again provided the finishing touches as he scored a fine 31* off just 23 balls to take his team home.

Chennai Super Kings will next lock horns with Rajasthan Royals (RR) at latter’s home ground of Sawai Man Singh Stadium on May 11.
