IPL: Harbhajan Singh Dismisses Doubts of Leaving Chennai Super Kings

Harbhajan Singh has dismissed all the speculations of leaving Chennai Super Kings (CSK) following the rumours of him joining the Delhi Daredevils (DD) as the new mentor ahead of the upcoming edition of Indin Premier League (IPL) 2019.

However, Harbhajan while speaking to Inside sport, has dismissed all the talks of joining the Delhi franchise.

He stated he is happy with his current team and as of now have no plans to leave them. Moreover, Harbhajan Singh also confirmed he is featuring in the tournament for the next year edition.

There is no need for anyone to speculate and believe this kind of sources. at the moment I am happy being where I am. They (CSK) are a great franchise and we are a great team. I am having a good time,” Harbhajan Singh said.

Harbhajan Singh also reminded he is the best source to know anything about him. Moreover, he also requested others not to believe in any speculations going rounds in the media.

If at all I have to make a move I will reveal it myself. There is no need to believe sources. I am the best source for any news about me,” he added.

Harbhajan played 13 matches for CSK in the last edition of IPL. He picked up seven wickets with two for 22, as his best figures. Harbhajan Singh was dropped out from the final match of IPL played between Chennai Super Kings and Sunrisers Hyderabad.

The next edition of IPL will witness the Delhi franchise coming out with many changes. Ricky Pointing is likely to take over the reigns of Delhi Daredevils coaching role. Earlier this week, Hemant Dua, who had stepped down as the Delhi Daredevils Chief Executive, revealed the new developments.
