Krunal Pandya was a part of the Mumbai Indians franchise that created history by winning an unprecedented 5th IPL title following their rout of Delhi Capitals in the final in Dubai on Tuesday night.

Krunal did not have a great outing with the ball as he gave away 30 runs in his spell of three overs. But the southpaw got the prized opportunity to hit the winning runs for his team after his brother Hardik Pandya got dismissed in the penultimate over.

On the personal front, Krunal Pandya- barring a few good performances- had a largely underwhelming IPL 2020 campaign, having managed just six wickets in 16 outings at an average of 63.33 and at an economy rate of 7.75 besides scoring 109 runs at a strike-rate of 118.47.
