Mayank Dagar Surpasses Virat Kohli's Yo-Yo Test Score

Indian cricketer Mayank Dagar has surpassed Team India skipper Virat Kohli’s Yo-Yo fitness Test score. Interestingly, Dagar has touched a score of 19.3. Thus, the 21-year old has leapfrogged Kohli’s score of 19 in the fitness test.
In fact, it is well known that Kohli is one of the fittest players across the globe. Well, it must have taken a lot of effort for Mayank Dagar to surpass Kohli’s best score of the much-touted test.
Mayank Dagar had represented Indian Premier League (IPL) franchise Kings XI Punjab (KXIP) in the eleventh edition of the cash-rich league.
However, the Delhi-born spinner didn’t receive his chance in the playing XI of KXIP-led by Ravichandran Ashwin.
Meanwhile, the players who are able to achieve a score of 16.1 are eligible for the Indian squad. In fact, we know the players were shown the exit door from the Indian selectors after failing the Yo-Yo test.
Fast bowler Mohammed Shami, Sanju Samson, and Ambati Rayudu also missed out to be in the squad on the similar lines.
Dagar took to the micro photo-blogging website Instagram to share the score of 19.3 owing to a Yo-Yo test.
Meanwhile, Dagar is the nephew of former Indian opening batsman, Virender Sehwag. Dagar had also played for the Under-19 team in the 2016 World Cup.
Furthermore, Dagar represents Himachal Pradesh in the domestic circuit. He has played 11 first-class, 10 List A, and 13 Twenty20 matches, till now.
