He faced close competition from Czech Republic’s Viteszalav Veslay, who threw 86.67 meters. The 23-year old’s gold medal on Saturday meant that India has seven medals in their bag. It also implied that they achieved the most achieved during the Olympics. Indian Golfer Aditi Ashok hoped to earn a gold medal; however, she got nothing and lost the bronze medal clash too.
