Perhaps, there would be no time better than this for Reeza Hendricks to show his T20 skills to the world. Just ahead of the IPL 2019 auction, he smashed unbeaten consecutive centuries for his side in Mzansi Super League 2018. And apparently, collected straight man of the match awards as well.
Meanwhile, the Proteas youngster is in ominous form with his willow. In the last couple of games for Jozi stars, he looked invincible and displayed top-notch batting strokes to push his side to a victory.

In the last match against Nelson Mandela Bay Giants, Reeza Hendricks started to attack right from the first ball. Despite the opposition having the likes of Chris Morris, Junior Dala and the world-class, Imran Tahir in the ranks, Reeza showed his skills by finding the fence more often than not.
However, the right-hander kept their players chasing the leather, who registered a scintillating 108* off 62 deliveries. In total, he numbered nine boundaries and five sixes in his brilliant knock to push total to 173 on the board.
Jozi stars finished the match with a sterling 81-run victory. Then it was the game against Durban Heats, where Reeza had gone berserk against the strong bowling attack. This time, he smashed 104* off just deliveries.

Meanwhile, Hendricks took the likes of Kyle Abbott, Vernon Philander and Keshav Maharaj to the cleaners with his exceptional strokeplay. All in all, it was a stunning piece of a display by the youngster for Jozi Stars.
Indeed, his grand knocks would have knocked the doors of the franchises, who are waiting to get an opening batsman in the mix for the upcoming IPL 2019 edition. Hopefully, the youngster would get a chance to taste the essence of the Indian Premier League.
