The astrologer by profession Narendra Bunde, who hails from Nagpur, has made an interesting prediction by saying Virat Kohli’s Team India will taste success in the overseas conditions with regards to the ‘stars’ of the skipper.

“According to his [Virat Kohli’s] stars and planetary positions, there are chances of positive results in places like New Zealand and Australia,” Bunde was quoted as saying by PTI.

The has been some relation in the field of sports when it comes to the prediction and what Paul – the octopus has been for football in 2010 World Cup, and Bunde is turning out for the Indian cricket in particular.

With India dominating the Test format while maintaining the Test charts in the ICC rankings, Bunde believes Kohli has a lot on an offer while hinting the latter is bound to set the history, particularly in the gentleman’s game.

Bunde, who turned astrologer in 2006 further remarked Kohli’s strength had been his key to success while adding the 29-year Indian batting mainstay is bound to fetch the massive signing in the contemporary sports.

“In fact, it’s going to be bigger than that in today’s age. Kohli’s Venus is very strong at the moment and that is why he will do well abroad. What Kohli will soon be signed up for is like what (Mark) Mascarenhas did with Sachin (Tendulkar),” Bunde added.

As of now, India is facing South Africa in the ongoing Test series which further saw Bunde reiterating the results are not going to be similar to past that India has faced while being on the foreign tours.

“I mean it will be not as bad as in the past when the opposition would whitewash us,” Bunde maintained.

Pertinently, Bunde has already predicted India’s 2011 World Cup win which proved to be true when Mahendra Singh Dhoni-led Men in Blue thump Sri Lanka at Wankhede in Mumbai.

Apart from that earlier, Bunde further foretold that the 36-year-old gloveman Dhoni would be a part of Indian squad to future in the 2019 50-over World Cup when Dhoni was criticized for being past his age.

“I predicted about Dhoni when people were talking all sorts of things against him. Look at the results in the past four months. I can foresee that he will be very much there in the 2019 World Cup,” Bunde explained.

Bunde further remarked he was approached by Indian women’s team skipper Mithali Raj before losing out the World Cup finale against hosts England in July 2017.

“As for Mithali, I asked her to wear number 33 jersey and it eventually proved lucky for her,” Bunde reminisced.

Interestingly, Bunde has got one prediction wrong so far, and that happened in 2007 when India crashed out in the first round of the 2007 World Cup held in Windies.

However, the reigning Ranji Trophy 2017-18 champions Vidarbha’s skipper Faiz Fazal was asked to don the number 24 jersey in the 50-over domestic fixtures.

“I spoke to Faiz Fazal and asked him to wear number 24 in the domestic one-day games. He did that,” Bunde concluded.

Recently, Vidarbha thumps Rishabh Pant-led Delhi to lift their first-ever coveted Ranji domestic title at Holkar Stadium in Indore.

In the past, Bunde maintained the Master Blaster Sachin Tendulkar would make a return after the tennis elbow injury including former skipper Sourav Ganguly.
