A once proud cricketing team, Pakistan have fallen down and are struggling to find form to win matches. They are currently at the sixth place in the World Test Championship points table with just 20 points. Pakistan recently shared points with Sri Lanka in the first Test at home as rain played spoilsport midway through the match. Before locking horns with Sri Lanka, Pakistan played against Australia and lost the series by 2-0.

Ever since the retirement of some key players, Pakistan lacked enough firepower to outsmart the opponent and they remained clueless in their approach. Meanwhile, Pakistan coach Misbah-ul-Haq on Tuesday launched a scathing attack on pacers- Mohammad Amir and Wahab Riaz over their recent retirement from the longest format of the game.
