In a video posted on the official Twitter handle of Lucknow Super Giants, Nicholas Pooran, the former West Indies white-ball captain, can be seen shouting “Dal Makhni tonight” and making a request to Arshdeep by saying, “Arshdeep, can you carry us for Dal Makhni tonight?” In response, the star pacer agreed, but with the condition that Pooran promises not to hit him for a six.

Pooran humorously replied that he would only hit Arshdeep for singles, and requested him again to carry the team for Dal Makhni. In response, Arshdeep said that there’s more to life than just Dal Makhni. Inspired by Bishnoi, Pooran attempted to say “I don’t want to live that life” but failed comically.
