PCB Confirms Australia, New Zealand Tour to UAE

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), on Tuesday, announced the schedule for the upcoming home series against Australia and New Zealand in the UAE.
PCB reveals Australia, New Zealand tour schedule
Initially, Pakistan is slated to host Australia for a couple of Tests and three T20Is. Later, a complete full-length series against New Zealand will follow, which includes three T20I’s, three ODI’s and three-Test match series.
However, all the matches will get played at the Sheikh Zayed Stadium in Abu Dhabi. On the other hand, Dubai International Cricket Stadium will be busy hosting the Afghanistan Premier League thus they won’t be able to accommodate any of the matches for Pakistan in Dubai.
Australia will start of their tour of Pakistan in UAE with a four-day practice match against ICC Academy, at the Dubai Cricket Stadium on September 29.
The Aussies will play the 1st Test against Pakistan, starting October 7 in Dubai while the following Test will be played in Abu Dhabi from 16th October. The three T20I matches will be played on 31st October, November 2 and 4, respectively.
PCB releases dates for New Zealand series
The tour for New Zealand will begin with the ODI series. The three matches will be played in Abu Dhabi on 31st October, 2nd November and 4th November, respectively. The T20I series will commence on November 7. The final match will be played on 11th November. The Tests will be starting from 16th November.
Meanwhile, PCB has also announced the fixtures for Pakistan A. New Zealand A will lock horns against the Men in Green in a three-match T20 series. The matches will be played on 12th, 15th and 17th October and the ICC Academy. The three 50 overs matches will be played on October 21, 24 and 26. All the matches will be played at Nursery Oval in Abu Dhabi.
A couple of four-day matches will be played on October 30 and November 6. Meanwhile, England Lions will play Pakistan A side in a four-day game, Three T20’s and a couple of 50-over matches. The series will start on 18th November.
