India’s southpaw opener Gautam Gambhir’s daughters Anaiza and Aazeen decided to troll their father on the occasion of Children’ day. When Gambhir’s younger daughter Anaiza asked her sister how their Dad celebrated the Children day, Aazeen said he got run-out like a kid.

Gautam Gambhir was the prey of some poor running in the second Ranji Trophy match against Himachal Pradesh. Gambhir was taking it easy while coming back for the second and the throw was fired on his end. The left-hander tried to make his ground, however, he was left short of his crease.

Thus, it was a schoolboy error from the veteran batsman on Children’s day. The southpaw made 49 when he was sent back for strolling between the wickets. Meanwhile, Gautam Gambhir had made 44 in the first innings as Delhi had made 317 in the first innings.

On the other hand, Himachal Pradesh needs 151 more runs to win with five wickets in hand. Meanwhile, Gautam Gambhir could be released by Delhi Daredevils for the forthcoming season of the Indian Premier League. Gambhir had scored only 85 runs in five matches of IPL 2018 and decided to step down from the captaincy role.

Subsequently, Shreyas Iyer had gone on to lead the Delhi franchise in the previous season of the IPL. Meanwhile, Gautam Gambhir also decided to step down from the captaincy duties of Delhi in the ongoing Ranji Trophy. Nitish Rana is leading Delhi in the ongoing domestic tournament.

Gautam Gambhir took to his Twitter account to reveal the conversation between his two daughters. Gambhir post read as, “Anaiza to Aazeen: Didi, how did papa celebrate Childrenโ€™s Day?
Aazeen replied: Well, today in the Ranji Trophy match he got run out like a kid!!!!
Papa: ?????????? @natashagambhir2 #ChildrensDay”.
