Rashid Khan Congratulates Siddarth Kaul Who Receives Maiden Indian Cap

Afghanistan’s ace spinner Rashid Khan congratulated his Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) teammate Siddarth Kaul after the fast bowler received his maiden Indian cap. Both these bowlers share a great bonhomie as they play with each other in the cash-rich Indian Premier League (IPL).

Meanwhile, Siddarth received his maiden cap from Mahendra Singh Dhoni. Thus, the Punjab-born paceman made his debut for the Indian team.

Promising bowler received his chance after he had impressed with his performances in the IPL. The right-arm pacer was right on the money with his pace, bounce and knuckleball variation.

Interestingly, both Rashid and Siddarth finished as the second joint-highest wicket-getter in the IPL. Both of these bowlers scalped 21 wickets each in the 11th season of the IPL.

Thus, riding on the back of strong bowling performances, Kane Williamson-led team was able to make its way into the grand finale.

After impressing in the IPL, Siddarth was able to make his place in the T20I Indian squad. Furthermore, the fast bowler is also included for the England limited-overs series.

Meanwhile, Siddharth also took to Twitter – to share his excitement after he was given his maiden opportunity.

In fact, he was also able to get his first International wicket. The pacer bowled a good bouncer to get rid of Ireland’s opener James Shannon.

Consequently, Siddarth Kaul bowled two overs and conceded only four runs on his debut. Furthermore, he was right on the money with his line and length.

Rashid  replied to Siddarth’s post to congratulate his Sunrsiers teammate.

The Afghan spinner post read as, “Well done my champion bro congrats really happy for you @sidkaul22 ??????”.
