A harmonious dressing room and unity between the players are two of the biggest attributes required for a team to perform and one can say that Team India is ruling the cricket world because of the way the players have bonded with each other. While there is no denying the fact that the players are extremely talented, the team has been doing well exceedingly well only because the players have gelled well with each and back each other in all situations.

Unity and close friendship between the players are the trademarks of this team and what happened just before the start of the third day’s play of the second Test proves it. Left-arm spinner Ravindra Jadeja was not included in the playing eleven for the first Test and has been warming the bench in the ongoing Test too despite being the highest-ranked bowler in the team, but that did not stop him from helping his spin partner Ravichandran Ashwin to get some batting practice.

Ashwin, who has played both the games, is likely to come out to bat on day three and to ensure that the off-spinner remains in good touch, Jadeja took the matter in his own hands, firing down some deliveries at the 30-year old before the start of the play.

BCCI’s official Twitter handle posted the video with the caption :“From one spinner to another. @imjadeja helping out his spin mate @ashwinravi99 gear up for Day 3.”

Meanwhile, skipper Virat Kohli and Hardik Pandya will resume the proceedings with the bat on day 3 with the score being 183 for 5 in reply to South Africa’s first innings total of 335. Kohli will start his innings on 85 while Pandya will resume his on 11.
