The flamboyant batsman Rohit Sharma will visit the academy in person to train the youngsters, whenever he is off the national duty. It is learnt that the Indian opener will take classes through online sessions when he is in overseas tasks.

Surprisingly, a few Singapore cricketers, who are involved with MS Dhoni’s Cricket Academy will be handing their services to Rohit Sharma’s academy as well. The woman player captain Diviya GK, Chetan Suryawanshi and Parag Dahiwala are the few to name.

Rohit Sharma will visit in his free time:

Speaking of the launch,  the Singapore Cricketer, Parag, who is the head now quoted that they have approached Rohit Sharma in 2018 to start an academy, which finally worked. They want to improve the quality of cricket at grassroots levels to help the youngsters deliver the goods.

“When the CricKingdom team first approached Rohit in Mumbai in April 2018. He remarked that he had been asked many times to provide recommendations to friends and kids on what academy to join. And, he didn’t really have the answers to that. He was unsure if the academies at the grassroots level were actually providing the holistic education and training needed to thrive in modern cricket”, Parag Dahiwal said, as per Deccan Chronicle.
