Rohit Sharma’s old tweet about Suryakumar Yadav has gone viral after the latter’s match-winning knock against Royal Challengers Bangalore on Wednesday. The Mumbai Indians star scored a match-winning unbeaten fifty as the defending champions crushed RCB by five wickets to register their eighth win of the season.
He once again unleashed his wide array of his shots and scored 79 off just 43 balls with ten fours and three sixes to guide Mumbai Indians to the huge win. With the knock, the 30-year old also showed he has the ability to bail his team out of trouble and then finish the game.

When he came out to bat in the last over of the powerplay, the asking rate was 8.5 in pursuit of 165. The run-rate only increased in the next few overs while Mumbai Indians also lost the wickets of Krunal Pandya and Saurabh Tiwary. But the right-handed batsman bossed the middle-overs, mixing caution with aggression to take Mumbai home with five balls remaining.
