Sachin Tendulkar's Luxurious House In Bandra - See Pics

Almost every individual will have a dream of constructing their own house in this busy world. Much to the same, Sachin Tendulkar always dreamt of building a house as per his taste. As ever, he got a class to his taste, which was seen in the way the house was constructed.

Well, getting into the details of the house, the devotee of Lord Ganesh has constructed a temple in the ground floor of the house.  In addition to the tiny temple, the ground floor also has a large dining area and an area which showcases the innumerable number of awards and accomplishments Sachin has been credited with over the passage of time.

Three-storied building with 2 strong basements:

It was in 2007 when Sachin Tendulkar bought 10,000 Sq.ft, which was situated at the junction of Perry Cross Road and Turner Road in Bandra. It took around 4 years for the construction of the house as per the needs of Sachin Tendulkar. He had purchased for INR 39 crore in 2007.

It is a three-storied mansion, Sachin Tendulkar’s beautiful house is actually five-storied, including two basements. The house is said to be constructed in such a way so as to satisfy each of Sachin’s desires and is Vastu-compliant.

His lower basement is solely to park his cars. Sachin Tendulkar always had a passion to ride cars. The flamboyant batsman asked the engineer to give him a lower basement, which is good enough to park at least 50 cars.

The house also got perfect safety techniques to stay away from unfortunate incidents. It has been shielded by high-walled fencing and is fully covered by CCTV cameras and a couple of sensors such as burglar alarms, fire alarms etc.

The first floor is designed as per the interests of his two children Sara Tendulkar and Arjun Tendulkar. Meanwhile, the second floor of the house will be used by Sachin Tendulkar and his wife Anjali. Guest rooms are available on both floors. Apart from those, Sachin Tendulkar has got a brilliant terrace, which got a nice swimming pool alongside Gym materials.

“Everyone has a dream of owning a house. I, too, had this dream. I am happy I was able to fulfil it. I had got the flat I used to live in earlier under the sports quota. I have now vacated it so that other sportspersons can live there. It is a joyful day for me as I have brought my mother to show her the new place.” Sachin Tendulkar said.
