Sarfraz Ahmed Starts a New Trend in the Pakistan Team

There is no doubt about the fact that Pakistan is one of the most competitive teams in the world when it comes to cricket.
They have produced champion cricketers over the last several years. Their bunch of players always play the game with a lot of passion. The biggest achievement of Pakistan in world cricket remains the 1992 World Cup victory.
The current Pakistan team has been criticized in the past. However, under the coaching of Mickey Arthur and the captaincy of Sarfraz Ahmed, they have started initiating new things for the betterment of the team.

Among the many things which have changed under their tenure, the most prominent of all has been their discipline.
The players need to follow certain code of conduct. It can be fitness, following the routine set by the team for practice and many more. As Pakistan gears up for the tour of England, they have set a new tradition in place.
Skipper Sarfraz Ahmed has asked the players to make sure the ground and the facilities remain in proper condition.

As per a video which has been doing rounds in the social media, all the Pakistan players put a lot of efforts to clean things up at the Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore.
From the senior cricketers to the newbies who were part of the camp in Lahore had to carry out the work. Following the practice session, the players picked up the bottles and disposed of them. It is being learnt that it was done according to Sarfraz’s wish.
Usually, it is the newcomers in the teams who do this job. However, Sarfraz has changed the trend. The likes of Babar Azam, Mohammad Amir, were seen taking care of the things with juniors like Imam-ul-Haq getting involved into it too.
Pakistan is scheduled to travel to Ireland where they will play Ireland, who is the newly appointed Test team. The match starts on May 11. Meanwhile, Pakistan will then travel to England where they are slated to play a couple of Tests at Lord’s and Headingley. The tour starts on May 24 and ends on June 5.
