Now, Shahadat Hossain will be out of the game for five years and also slapped with a fine of 3 Lakhs. Shahadat Hossain accepted all the charges levied on him and returned home with immediate effect of charges. This is not the first time for Shahadat Hossain to get the suspension, as he was earlier banned for life for involving in a domestic violence case.

Actually, the level 4 offence will see the board punishing the player for at least 1 year but considering the past event, Bangladesh Cricket Board has decided to impose strict action on Shahadat Hossain.
