Former Pakistani speedster Shoaib Akhtar has never been shy from getting into controversies whether off field or on the field. He had a chequered career in which he became the first bowler to officially go past the 100mph speed barrier and now all of that will be seen in his biopic which Akhtar announced on social media.

Shoaib Akhtar made his debut for Pakistan in 1997 and went on to play till 2011. He was part of numerous famous victories for Pakistan including a brilliant spell in the 1999 Kolkata Test against India during that year’s Asian Test Championship, when he stunned the crowd into silence by clean bowling Rahul Dravid and Sachin Tendulkar in back-to-back deliveries, including handing Sachin his first golden duck in Test cricket.
