Gone are those days when Sourav Ganguly and Zaheer Khan used to fear the opposition with their incredible authority on the field. They both used to carry their aggressive attitude on the field to yield success for Team India on the International Stage. Meanwhile, both of them recollected those memorable moments.
Zaheer Khan, recently, celebrated his 40th birthday on October 7th. Meanwhile, the Dada of Indian cricket took his time to send the birthday greetings to the fast bowler via social media platform.
Time to team up with Sourav Ganguly again – Zaheer Khan
Ganguly, in his witty tweet, asked Zaheer Khan to lose some weight, as he was the fittest Indian Cricketer during his times. However, Zaheer hasn’t taken the back step as he indirectly takes the dig at Ganguly’s fitness.
Digging into Sourav Ganguly tweet, it read ”Happy birthday Zaheer Khan zed K.. have a great year …please lose some weight…u were India’s strength.”
In response, Zaheer replied ”Time to team up again Dada and hit the gym . Will be calling you for the tips. Thank you for the wishes Sourav Ganguly.”

On the work front:
Sourav Ganguly is looking after various roles in the Board of Control for Cricket in India. He is also the president of the Cricket Association of Bengal as well. Apart from it, Sourav Ganguly is busy with his personal business as well.
Coming to Zaheer Khan, earlier, he was asked to be the bowling consultant for Team India in the overseas tours. However, it wasn’t the case as Ravi Shastri denied it. Meanwhile, he took the role of the commentator as well.
