South Africa vs Pakistan 2018/19: Twitter Reacts To South Africa's Victory Facing Pakistan

Well, the exciting cricket contest in South Africa ended in the host’s side. They emerged out with a convincing 6-wicket victory to take the lead in the series. Duanne Olivier was the man of the match for his brilliant 11 wickets in the match. For Pakistan, their inability in the batting section was pretty evident once again.
South Africa started the third morning needing to chase down a target of 149 after Duanne Olivier’s heroics of 5/90 on day 2 dismissed Pakistan for 190 at the end of day’s play. With overnight rain and a pitch that was providing inconsistent bounce, the chase was not going to be that easy for du Plessis’s men.
Hashim Amla finally scores for South Africa:
Starting the things on a fine note, Mohammad Amir sent back Aiden Markram for a duck to bring hopes in Proteas camp. However, finally, Hashim Amla stood tall when it mattered the most.

He joined Dean Elgar in the middle to frustrate Pakistan bowlers with their classic strokeplay on a tough wicket. However, he got a reprieve when Fakhar Zaman dropped a catch. In the next over, Dean Elgar, on four, edged new bowler Shaheen Shah Afridi low to first slip where Azhar Ali appeared to take a diving catch.
However, the TV replays ruled the decision in Elgar’s favour despite the on-field call was signalled ‘Out’. Amla and Elgar then put on a gutsy partnership of over 50 runs to put South Africa in the driving seat on 81/1, still needing a further 68 runs to win the first Test on day 3 before lunch.

They continued the glorious partnership before Elgar losing his wicket when they stitched 119 runs for the second wicket. He was quickly followed by Bruyn and Faf du Plessis but Bavuma stood with Amla to finish the job.

The on-field signal was out
The batsman started to walk
For the 3rd umpire to overrule the on-field decision there had to be conclusive evidence that the on-field decision was wrong

And now Graeme Smith regarding the Elgar catch that was overturned by the 3rd umpire "Pakistan can feel a little hard done by. The catch being overturned was surprising for me. In my opinion it was out" #SAvPAK

Major blame for this loss has to be down to the senior batsmen in the team who between them scored:
