Suresh Raina Travels to the Next Destination With his Teammates

Indian southpaw batsman Suresh Raina started his journey to the next venue of Cardiff. The second T20I between India and England will take place at Sophia Garden in Cardiff. Thus, the Indian team is on their way to the next destination.

Suresh Raina didn’t get the chance to bat in the first T20I against England. However, the southpaw batsman took one catch in the opening match.

Meanwhile, Suresh Raina was able to score a fine half-century in the second T20I against Ireland. In fact, this was Raina’s second fifty after 2010. Thus, the left-hander was able to get his confidence back.

India cruised to the eight-wicket win in the first T20I against England. Thus, the visitors kick-started their England tour on a positive note. Kuldeep Yadav and KL Rahul were the architects of the Indian win.

First, the chinaman spinner was able to get India back in the match. The wrist spinner scalped his best figures of 5 for 24 in the shortest format of the game. In fact, this was also the best figures for any southpaw wrist spinner in T20I.

Secondly, KL Rahul was able to help the Indian team in getting over the finishing line. The stylish batsman timed the ball to perfection as he scored a fine unbeaten 101 off just 54 balls. Rahul innings included 10 fours and five maximums in his swashbuckling knock.

Rahul had also scored a fine fifty in the second T20I against Ireland. Furthermore, he had scored a plethora of runs in the Indian Premier League.

Suresh Raina took to Twitter to share a photo with his teammates. Raina post read as, “Hum Mastane Chale Zindagi Banane, Bande Sayane Aur Naam Ke Diwaane!!! Off to Cardiff!
