They outbid IPL 2019 runners-up Chennai Super Kings (CSK) to bag the services of Nathan Coulter-Nile for INR 8 Crores.
4. Sheldon Cottrell:

The ”SALUTE” fever of Sheldon Cottrell set to take place in the Indian Premier League from the next season. Sheldon Cottrell, at a base price of 50 Lakhs, attracted a bidding war between Rajasthan Royals and Kings XI Punjab before Delhi Capitals made it a three-way race. However, Punjab eventually acquired the services of the left-arm seamer for a whopping INR 8.5 crore.
In T20Is for West Indies, Cottrell has 30 wickets in 22 matches at a strike-rate of 15.2. The economy reads 8.09. This will be the first season for Sheldon Cottrell in the Indian Premier League. He will join the legendary Chris Gayle at the Kings XI Punjab franchise.

After intense bidding between Delhi Capitals and Punjab, finally, the all-rounder was bagged by the latter for an astounding amount.
Maxwell, who didn’t feature in last year’s IPL, has a decent record in the league. In the 2018 season, he scored 310 runs in 14 matches at a strike rate of 173. His best year so far has been with Punjab in 2014, when he single-handedly took them to the final.
The big-hitter is returning to competitive cricket after taking a break to focus on his mental health. He is at the prime of his skills and would make the difference for Kings XI Punjab side.

Pat Cummins, with the base price of INR. 2 Crore, was sold to Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) for INR 15.5 Crore in the IPL 2020 auction. In the process, the Australia fast bowler Pat Cummins beat Ben Stokes’ price of INR 14.5 Crore to become the most expensive international buy in the history of IPL.
Delhi Capitals and Royal Challengers Bangalore were engaged in an intense bidding war for the Australian before KKR outbid the two franchises. Pat Cummins has taken 32 wickets in 25 IPL matches so far with an economy of just over 6.
