Twitter Trolls Sarfraz Ahmed For Applying Tape On Pad

Riding on Babar Azam‘s 52-ball 86-runs knock, Pakistan recovered from a shaky start to post a huge 197 for 5 in the first game of the historic T20I series against World XI in Lahore’s Gadaffi Stadium on Tuesday (September 12).
After being invited to bat first, the hosts suffered a huge setback when their Champions Trophy hero Fakhar Zaman was dismissed by Morne Morkel on the fourth ball of the innings. However, Azam and Ahmed Shehzad set the tone for the big total by adding 122 runs for the second wicket before the latter was sent back by Ben Cutting.
World XI then clawed their way back in the game with some quick wickets but Shoaib Malik‘s 20-ball 38 runs propelled the Men in Green to a huge total.
Here is how Twitter reacted to the innings:
Very good finish for Pakistan! Their bowling should see them through, will need something special to win this from here.
