IND vs SA: Watch - Rassie van der Dussen Pulls Off A One-Handed Blinder To Send Back Hanuma Vihari
South African batter Rassie van der Dussen showcased his fabulous fielding skills on Day 1 of the second Test against India at the Wanderers Stadium in Johannesburg.
Hanuma Vihari was facing Kagiso Rabada in the session after Lunch when the incident happened. India was rebuilding via stand-in captain, KL Rahul, and Vihari after a set of failures for Cheteshwar Pujara and Ajinkya Rahane. However, their alliance was cut short abruptly courtesy of a stunning effort from Rassie.
In trying to fend off a short delivery, Vihari managed to only get a glove on the ball and it looped up towards the left of short leg, where Rassie was fielding. He leaped to his left and grabbed the ball with just his left hand after the ball had almost passed him.
The moment turned the game around once again in South Africa’s favor as Vihari was looking comfortable at the crease up until that point.

South Africa in control after second session
India opted to bat first and was once again off to a good start. Mayank Agarwal played some glorious strokes before falling on the first ball after the drinks break in the first session. It didn’t take long for Pujara and Rahane to be dismissed and India was struggling at 53/3 at Lunch.
Rahul and Vihari took India closer to the 100-run mark before Rabada struck. Moments later, Rahul also fell – few deliveries after reaching his fifty – and the visitors were in deep trouble at 116/5. Ravichandran Ashwin and Rishabh Pant managed to play out the rest of the session and India reached 146/5 at Tea.
