Kohli has made his place on the 83rd rank with the net worth of $24 million.

Meanwhile, America’s boxing champion Floyd Mayweather is at the summit of the list. The American boxer has the total of $285 million earnings.

Surprisingly, no women sports athlete has made it into the wealthiest list.

Thus, the rankings are dominated by all the males. Serena Williams moved out of the list, as her earnings dropped from USD 8 million to USD 62,000. Williams recently gave berth to her daughter Alexis in September.

In fact, Virat Kohli popularity has reached new heights in the last five years. The India captain has more than 25 million followers on Twitter. Moreover, the consistency in his game has taken him to the top of the mountain in the cricket world.

Recently, Virat Kohli was named in the A+ contract list of the BCCI, which ensures him an earning of USD 1 million.

However, it is well-known that the most of Kohli’s money comes from top brands like Puma, Pepsi, Audi and Oakley.
