Virat Kohli's Wax Statue Uncovered at Madame Tussauds

Team India skipper Virat Kohli’s wax statue got uncovered at the Madame Tussauds in the capital of the country, New Delhi. Kohli has joined the list of famous sports personality to receive the honours.
Indian captain is the latest entry to make the cut into the coveted list. Kohli’s joined the list of iconic players such as Lionel Messi, Kapil Dev and Usain Bolt to have his statue at the pivotal museum.

Virat Kohli showed his humbleness on the gesture of the Madame Tussauds.
Kohli also pays his gratitude to the museum in his statement. Kohli said he appreciates the sincerity and efforts made by the authorities.
“I sincerely appreciate the efforts and incredible work undergone in making my figure. Thanks to Madame Tussauds for choosing me for this lifetime experience. I am grateful to my fans for their love and support. This experience is going to be stored in the fond memories of my life…now waiting to see the fan reactions,” Virat Kohli said in a statement issued by Madame Tussauds as quoted by PTI.
Kohli’s effigy was made from 200 measurements and photographs taken during his shot. Virat Kohli statue will get unveiled in a striking position in the Indian blue jersey.
