Kane Williamson is one of the very few cricketers who rarely lose his cool or show emotion on the cricket field. However, the New Zealand star could not help but let the emotions get the better of him when young Priyam Garg declined a run which eventually led to his run-out in the ongoing game between Chennai Super Kings and Sunrisers Hyderabad.

Kane Williamson had to return to the crease at a very crucial juncture of the game. On the previous delivery, David Warner was dismissed by Piyush Chawla and even before Sunrisers could recover, Kane Williamson was run-out for just 9. The incident took place on the final ball of the 11th over with the scoreboard reading only 69 runs.
By the time, the right-handed batsman realised it, he was already in the middle of the pitch. Kane Williamson tried to get back inside the crease but the damage was already done. Ambati Rayudu had quickly picked up the ball and had thrown it to MS Dhoni who did the rest.
Soon after being dismissed, Kane Williamson made it clear he was upset with his younger teammate as he walked back to the pavilion disappointed. Garg, nonetheless, made up for the run-out by playing a stunning knock in the game. At the time of compiling this report, the former India U19 star was batting on 48 off just 21 balls with Sunrisers’ score being 152 for 5 in the 19th over.
