It seems like Rishabh Pant loves to do things that are a bit different from the usual.
Want to be a professional cricketer?
The highly-rated wicketkeeper-batsman has made the fans fall in love with him with his unorthodox yet highly effective batting pyrotechnics. His scarcely-believable shots on the cricket field have left the cricketing fraternity gasping for breath.
Well, the 20-year old has once again shown his love of doing things differently by taking Union Minister, Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore’s viral fitness challenge to a next level.
The fitness challenge started when Rathore picked Virat Kohli along with Hrithik Roshan and Sania Nehwal to join in the #FitnessChallenge.
Since then the likes of Virat Kohli, Suresh Raina, Saina Nehwal, Anushka Sharma and Hrithik Roshan were quick to accept the challenge and performed, on camera, routine workouts that help them stay in shape.
Kohli was among the first to accept the challenge and performed a challenging workout and in turn challenged PM Narendra Modi, MS Dhoni and wife Anushka. Raina was also seen doing an exercise in the gym.
But unlike others, Pant did not choose gym to showcase his favourite workout. Instead, the Delhi star posted a video of himself doing a trek, tweeting:
“I accept your challenge @mandeeps12 @ParthJindal11. Great initiative by @Ra_THORe sir. Here’s my video may be different but it helps me in keeping myself fit. #humfitohindiafit #fitnesschallenge I further challenge @PrithviShaw @RandeepHooda @SakshiPant7”

Meanwhile, Pant had a sensational IPL season for the Delhi Daredevils this year. While his team finished at the bottom of the points table, the young wicketkeeper-batsman looked in red-hot form throughout the season.
Pant ended as the second highest run-getter in the tournament with 684 runs from 14 games. It included five fifties and one century.
His exploits helped him win being named the Emerging Player of IPL 11. The hard-hitting also scooped another award – the Stylish Player Award.
