After sweeping Australia in the Gillette ODI series, England is currently eyeing the T20 tri-nation series involving host Australia and New Zealand.

England took 360 degrees turn around from their Ashes defeat, as they decimated the Aussies 4-1 in the ODI series. English cricketers under Eoin Morgan played a fearless brand of cricket, which was praised by the cricketing fraternity.

England is now gearing up for the T20 series, as they play a practice game against the Prime Ministers XI ahead of the start of the series. Cricket Australia fielded a tough squad with cricketers having significant international experiences.

In an Instagram post by Cricket Australia, Sam Billing used his mind to great effect to dismiss James Faulkner on the onside boundary. It was the seventh over of the game when Billings caught James Faulkner in the deep, and as momentum was about to take him over the rope, he tossed the ball into the air.

After running over the boundary, he then turned and jumped from outside the rope, caught the ball while still in the air and then landed back in the field of play.

Sam Billings thought on his feet – and in the air – to help dismiss James Faulkner,” Cricket Australia tweeted.

Australia received a major blow ahead of that start of the series, as their star opener, Aaron Finch was ruled out due to an injury.

The series will commence from tomorrow with a game between Australia and New Zealand. England will play their first game on February 7 against Australia.
