Watch: Shikhar Dhawan Enacts Housefull 4's Bala Character And The Result Is Hilarious

India opener Shikhar Dhawan has not looked at his usual best in recent times. Ever since returning from the injury, the star opener has struggled to regain the form that made him one of the best openers in the world. But it looks like the on-field struggles have not affected Shikhar Dhawan’s spirits at all.
The left-handed batsman is known for his humorous nature. It does not matter whether he is on the field or off it, he makes sure to have some fun every now and then. Shikhar Dhawan was in mood when he was having lunch with his teammates after India’s win over Bangladesh in the second T20I and the result was absolutely hilarious.
He was sitting with Yuzvendra Chahal and Khaleel Ahmed and the trio came up with a hilarious way to spend time. They enacted a scene of recently-released Bollywood film Housefull 4. Shikhar Dhawan played the role of Bala and one can say that he is more than a handy actor. In the movie Housefull 4, Bala momentary loses his memory whenever he is exposed to any loud sound.
And in the clip posted by Shikhar Dhawan on Instagram, he too did the same whenever Khaleel asked him any question and Chahal made a sound. Sharing the video, Dhawan wrote:
“Bala ke side effects Akshay Kumar khaleelahmed13 yuzi_chahal23.”
The players had a mighty laugh after Dhawan was done with his act. India, meanwhile, thrashed Bangladesh by eight wickets in the second T20I to level the three-match series. Asked to bat first, Bangladesh posted 153 for 6 in their allotted 20 overs. In reply, India chased down the total inside 16 overs.
Rohit Sharma starred with the bat, scoring 85 and added 118 runs with Dhawan for the first wicket. Dhawan scored 31 from 27 deliveries.
