Just like CSK, Dwayne Bravo had a forgettable IPL too. The star allrounder had also missed the initial few matches of the tournament after picking up a knee niggle during the Caribbean Premier League. The two-time IPL winner finished IPL 2020 with six matches, having picked up six wickets. With the bat, he managed just seven runs in two innings.

Dwayne Bravo’s message for CSK fans:

Before leaving UAE, Dwayne Bravo urged the fans . The ongoing tournament has been a disaster for the three-time IPL champions. Things started falling apart for them even before the tournament start. This meant that their quarantine period had to be extended, hampering their preparations. They suffered another setback when Suresh Raina and Harbhajan Singh pulled out of the tournament, citing personal reasons. And the Chennai-based outfit is now looking set to bow out of IPL at the group stage for the very first time.

With just 3 wins from ten wins, they are currently languishing at the bottom of the points table. And as CSK look to finish the season on a high, Dwayne Bravo urged the fans to back the team while also expressing his disappointment over the way the season has unfolded for the team.

“It’s sad news, It’s sad for me to be leaving my team CSK. To all of our CSK fans, I want you all to keep encouraging the team, keep supporting all the true die-hard CSK fans,” said Dwayne Bravo.
